We’re gathering a 6-month community of women to actively steward their land — learning, experimenting, and supporting one another through real-life experience.

women in regenerative agriculture

A 6-month guided cohort experience

Not a membership. A real-world cycle of learning regenerative agriculture by doing.

You’ve probably tried a few things already, and wondered why they didn’t work.
You’re putting in the effort, but the results don’t match.
And the more you learn, the harder it gets to decide what to actually do.
You don’t need more information—you need to see what actually works for you.

The Problem

You’re likely:

  • trying different approaches with inconsistent results
  • second-guessing your decisions on the land
  • overwhelmed by conflicting advice
  • doing most of this alone

The Shift

Inside this space, you:

  • test what works on your land
  • make decisions with more clarity and less second-guessing
  • refine based on real results
  • build trust in your own process

The 6-Month Cycle

🌿 Foundations

Get clear on your context and begin your first experiments

🌾 Application

Test, adjust, and simplify in real time

🍂 Integration

Complete, reflect, and keep what actually works

This isn’t endless learning—you move through a full cycle and finish with clarity.

How It Works

This isn’t about consuming content.

It’s about living the work.

Each month, you’ll experience a rhythm of:

📚 Practical guidance to support your next steps
💻 Live conversations to reflect, ask, and adjust
🌸 Smaller group connection for deeper discussion and real-life application

The Rhythm of the Cohort

  • You experiment instead of overthinking
  • What doesn’t work becomes useful data
  • Insight comes from lived experience, not theory

Community

  • You're supported (not doing this alone)
  • Everyone contributes (not passive)
  • Honesty matters more than getting it right

What You Leave With

  • Clarity on what actually works for you
  • Confidence in your decisions
  • A repeatable way for you to figure things out

You stop second-guessing and start knowing!

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Christine Martin — rancher, regenerative land steward, and educator.

I began my journey in regenerative agriculture on a small acreage in Texas, where I quickly learned how challenging it is to balance land, livestock, finances, and family—especially when the advice you’re following doesn’t always work the way it’s supposed to.

I tried a lot. Some things worked. Many didn’t. And like many women in this space, I found myself overworking, overthinking, and trying to carry it all alone.

What changed everything was shifting to a whole-systems approach—and learning to trust what actually worked on my land through real experience, not just theory.

Today, I mentor land stewards across the country, helping them cut through confusion, stop second-guessing, and figure out what actually works for them.

I created Women in Regenerative Agriculture because this path can feel isolating—but it doesn’t have to be.

This is where women come together to learn, experiment, and grow—through real experience, honest conversation, and shared cycles of transformation.
